APPLICATION

Bio Treat BF can be used in any bio filter wood chip, fired clay and other inorganic media for the breakdown of odours and other organic matter from biological filter systems.

DESCRIPTION

Bio Treat BF is a bio enhancement product system. Its addition to bio filters accelerates organic decomposition of both odours caused by HS2, Mercaptans, organics and ammonia. It's important that pH is maintained at around 7.2 or above; the filter will not nitrify unless pH is over 7.2.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

The application of any biological product requires an understanding of the specifics of site conditions. The information gained from each site is used to determine whether the Bio Treat BF is the best product for treatment and the specific dosage required. On going analysis can be conducted during treatment in order to optimise the treatment process. It is important that the pH is above 5.0 ideally above 7.0 and temperature dose not exceed 30C.

For seeding apply at a rate of 20 liters per day for 5 days via the sprinkler feed tank. Checking pH as you add daily. A planned maintenance dose should then be applied daily or as required in order to stabilise the plant, or as directed by your agent/representative.
