Advanced/BIO  HD

BIO-TREAT HD is a blend of bacteria chosen for their ability to digest hydrocarbon waste streams. This product can be utilised in wastewater treatment plants, or as part of a Bio-remediation process. BIO-TREAT HD is designed to degrade BTEX, Kerosene, gasoline, JP4 aviation fuel, Mineral Oil, PAH’s and motor oils. The individual microbes are capable of degrading both short and long chain hydrocarbons (C1-C50+).

BIO-TREAT HD is used extensively in the petrochemical industry and can further be utilised in the degradation of most types of aliphatic and aromatic distillate solvents.

CRUDE OIL AND ITS PRODUCTS The success of degrading oil products is related to environmental factors and the type of compound in question. In bio-remediation terms, the lower the carbon number, the faster the degradation.

This product is supplied in kit form in conjunction with essential nutrients and is dependant on the type of oil to be treated.
